Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 September 2026

CatalogPack is a product of Airborne Media & Consultancy Ltd (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to information when you use CatalogPack.com.

Your catalogue data

Catalogue text, CSV imports, logos and product images are processed in your web browser. Draft text may be stored in your browser’s local storage and images may be stored in its IndexedDB so you can continue after checkout. We do not intentionally transmit or store this catalogue content on our servers. Clearing the draft removes it from that browser.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the billing and payment information needed to complete the transaction. We receive transaction identifiers, payment status and limited customer details needed to confirm delivery, provide support, prevent fraud and meet accounting obligations. We do not receive your full card number.

Website and support data

Our hosting provider may process request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and security logs. If you contact us, we process your contact details and message to respond. We may use privacy-conscious analytics if configured; any non-essential cookies will be described and controlled as required.

Legal bases and retention

We process data to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect our legitimate interests in operating a secure service and, where required, with consent. Payment and accounting records are kept for the periods required by applicable law. Support messages and security logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose.

Sharing and international transfers

We use service providers for hosting, payment processing and email support. They may process data in other countries using appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal data we control. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
